Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Uncle Mike's Bake Shoppe's team app at app.unclemikesbakeshoppe.com (the "App") and our two text message programs: Uncle Mike's Notifications (work alerts for team members) and Uncle Mike's Receipts (text receipts for customers who ask for one). By using the App or asking for or opting in to texts, you agree to them.
Uncle Mike's Notifications (text messages)
- What it is: Uncle Mike's Notifications sends work-related text messages from Uncle Mike's Bake Shoppe to our owners, managers and employees who use the App. Examples: a new job application or order that needs attention, a supply order update, a training reminder, or another alert you've turned on. We don't send marketing messages through this program.
- Opting in: you choose to receive texts by turning on text notifications in the App and entering your mobile number. Texts are optional, and consent is not a condition of employment.
- Message frequency varies based on the notifications you turn on and activity at your store.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message, or turn text notifications off in the App. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and we won't text you again unless you opt in again.
- For help: reply HELP to any message, or email info@unclemikesbakeshoppe.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle your number is covered in our Privacy Policy. We never share your mobile number or text consent for marketing.
Uncle Mike's Receipts (text receipts and pickup order updates)
- What it is: Uncle Mike's Receipts texts a customer the receipt for a purchase at one of our bake shoppes, when the customer asks for it, and updates on a pickup order placed online at pickup.unclemikesbakeshoppe.com (accepted, and ready for pickup), when the customer asks for them. Texts may have a link to the receipt or order. We don't send marketing messages through this program.
- Opting in: for a receipt, you ask one of our team members, in person or by calling the store, to text you your receipt and give them your mobile number. For pickup order updates, you check the box "Text me when my order is accepted and when it's ready. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." when you order online; it's unchecked unless you check it. Texts are optional and never a condition of a purchase.
- Message frequency: one text for each receipt you ask for, and up to two texts for each pickup order you ask for updates on. We don't text you again unless you ask again.

Using the App
The App is for Uncle Mike's team members to use for their work. Keep your sign-in to yourself, use only the parts of the App you've been given access to, and don't share information from it outside Uncle Mike's except as your job requires. We may change, suspend or remove access to the App at any time.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The App and its notifications are provided "as is". Notifications are a convenience and may be delayed or missed, so don't rely on them alone for anything urgent. To the extent the law allows, Uncle Mike's Bake Shoppe isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App or the text message program.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
